Mission
The Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations group is responsible for the overall design, implementation, operation, and support of all centralized information system & telecommunication services and resources used by the Providence College community. These services and resources are responsible for providing secure electronic information access, exchange, storage, voice communications, data, video cable pathways and processing both on campus, in the Providence College Data Center, as well as through secured off campus hosted partners.

- Planning, engineering, installation and support of fiber optic, copper or coaxial cable infrastructure for present and future voice, networked computer, video services, and surveillance cameras
- Cellular telephone procurement and management
- Switchboard and campus telephone information service
- Conference Calling
- Facsimile reception and transmission
- Voice messaging, automated attendants, and voice bulletin broadcasts
- Voice telephone station equipment
