Mission

The goal and mission of Providence College Media Services is to provide quick, complete and professional service to all College faculty, staff and students. We endeavor to achieve excellence in fulfilling requests, ingenuity in problem solving, and reliability in support. We are committed to providing for the use and production of instructional materials which lend themselves to creativity in the enhancement of academic excellence at Providence College. We are constantly open to new approaches in teaching technology and support that are more efficient and more strategic in fulfilling our responsibilities to the College. In all that we do, we strive to always be courteous, helpful, and constantly seek for ways to improve. The measure of our success as a service department is the degree to which our clients achieve their objectives through the application of instructional technology.​

Service Offerings

• Maintains and supports all classroom presentation technology
• Maintains student and faculty equipment loans including; data projectors​, digital audio recorders, P.A. sound systems
• Computer graphics and printing services for classroom and research presentations.
• Provides AV event support including: data projectors, displays, video recordings, P.A. sound systems
